Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

Our current processing time is always displayed at the top of each page in our announcement bar for the most accurate information.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping service selected, the number of items, and the total package weight.

We offer multiple USPS and UPS domestic shipping options, as well as DHL Worldwide for international orders.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that these estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via DHL Worldwide, which is shipped via USPS to a U.S. facility, then transferred to DHL for international transit.

Depending on the destination country, DHL may either deliver the package directly or hand it off to a local last-mile carrier.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Delivery times vary by country, and customs processing may cause delays beyond our control.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

For international orders, tracking may be limited once transferred to a local carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package has shipped.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

If a package is damaged in transit, please contact us with photos, and we will assist in filing a claim.
