I’m in love with my Moonlit blossoms tumbler, extremely elegant and beautiful. The detailsare exquisite. I chose Cream Moon which engraves gold and the contrast is sublime.
The package didn’t show up, the company told me to file the claim with usps but I do not have the information required to file the claim. So I’m out $100 and they won’t send a replacement or file the claim with the correct information. Don’t order from this company unless you enjoy wiping your butt with money. There’s no way possible for me to even know HOW they sent it, so filing the claim is impossible and they won’t help.

When you contacted us, we provided the USPS tracking number and explained that a claim would need to be opened directly with USPS, as they often require information about the delivery location that only the recipient can provide. This is because the package was marked as delivered. If it were lost in transit, we are always happy to open the claim on our customers' behalf. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive any follow-up from you after that message, so we weren’t aware that you were having trouble with the claim process or needed additional information.
The shipment method (USPS) and tracking number are included in the order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails, which are typically all that’s needed to start a missing mail claim. I Love It! I have tumbler decor but it only fits Stanley Tumblers. Since some of the decor was more Halloween like I knew I’d have to get a Halloween Stanley tumbler. I finally found this one and fell in love with it instantly! With the tumbler having Halloween icons and quotes makes it even better! A little pricey but otherwise worth it!
Processed quickly and everything came with the same quality as if it had taken twice the time. Very happy with my decision to rush order for my trip to Las Vegas!

Got a boo and bones engraving on a pumpkin spice Stanley. Everything said that it was supposed to engrave gold but it was silver instead and didn't match the product photos at all. I emailed them to fix it but they never responded.
I ordered the black tumbler as pictured. I paid extra to have it shipped in time for the holidays. Although I did receive it on time, I cannot use the item. The color shipped was a mix of cream/neon yellow.
